The Universal Pouch Rack separates food pouches to maximize the number of portions the water oven will hold and also helps to keep food pouches submerged. It is used to arrange cooking pouches either vertically or horizontally to allow for proper circulation and ensure even cooking. The rack may be used in three different positions to accommodate various sizes of food pouches. This rack is included with the SousVide Supreme  and the SousVide Supreme Demi.

Very useful sous vide rack

This rack is great when I want to cook in my reusable pouches! I can easily use two at a time.

Excellent product, must have

This item works great in the sous vide supreme or in a Cambro style unit with immersion circulator. This is my second rack.

This is a must have item, it is my second one. Works great in the sous vide supreme, also works great in cambro with immersion style circulators.
