Our products are covered by a comprehensive warranty against defects or malfunction for 1 year. Should you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us and we will gladly replace any item with an exact item or similar item of equal or greater value.
The above policy covers new product only. Refurbished products are covered by a 3 month warranty, as detailed in the product description.

Please keep the original box and packaging material for 90 days. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your SousVide Supreme product, please use the original packaging and material to return the product within the 90-day money back guarantee period. Product must be received in clean and working condition (unless otherwise noted).
