Unhappy with the customer service

We have not been able to connect the Wi-Fi to the unit. Your phone number is disconnected and you have not yet answered our email.

New Sous Vide Supreme

Terrible, customer service number doesn’t work, blue tooth won’t hook up. Signing on as a new member does not work. Absolutely no published number to call. Left numerous call back requests. Nothing! Worst service ever

Great product, poor customer service.

I love this product. Unfortunately i bought one that was unusable when it arrived. I tried by email and phone messages to obtain some help, without sucess. I did not get a reply and it has been months... I am not impressed. I bought a new machine... Marc-André Blanchard
