SousVide Supreme Lid

I researched this machine on U-tube and thought it looked promising. My online purchases usually end up on a shelf marked what a great idea. This machine sits out on my outdoor kitchen counter. I purchased it on fathers day and have used it at least 3 times a week. This week I cooked a cheap 9lb brisket for 63 hours and it was perfect, tender and moist. We froze slices for beef sandwiches. Best part is when it’s done you decide when to eat, it’s ready when you are. Now I’m going to buy one for my son and daughter. In the future I may need a second. There are cheaper ones out there but none better.
